Steamed Fish like Chinese Restaurant
Any Fish ( cut or whole )
Slices of ginger
scallions ( finely cut soak in cold water )
* Place fish on a plate put few slices ginger on top and back of the fish. steamed on high heat for 20mins.
* Discard steamed fish water or remove fish to a new plate.
* heat wok put light soya some sugar and some water to taste. Dish up pour on the fish.
* Put scallions on top of the fish.
* Heat wok take 1/4 cup cooking oil heat until smoky and pour on top of the scallions.
* It's ready to served.
