Assam Pedas Fish

 

Ingredients:-
A
1 red snapper 
10 lady fingers

B ( blender or chopper )
4 shallots
4 garlic
1 galangal

C
1 Onion cutted

Daun kesum 
Pineapple ( optional )

E ( taste )
Assam jawa
Salt
Sugar
Chicken stock

F
Cutted tomato
Chopped torch ginger 


* Heat wok, add in B and C. Sauteed until aromatic.  Add in water until boiled add in D and E.
* Add in A cover let it cook until fish is fully welldone. At the meantime can adjust taste of your liking. 
* when fish is cooked dish up sprinkle with some chopped tomato and torch ginger.
