Kue Kosoi

 





Ingredients 
A
150g gula merah ( can reduce bcos too sweet )
360g water
B
120g rice flour
60g tapioca flour
C
2tsp alkaline water 

* Heat A water add in sugar ( gula merah ) until melted. Add in B mix well and shift the batter then add in C.
* Heat steamer apply oil to each cups and steam together.  
* when the steamer is ready. Pour batter and steam for 25 minutes in high heat.
* removes kue and coat with grated coconut that had already steamed.
