Klepon Pandan Hijau

Ingredients:-

200g glutinous rice flour 

Drop of pandan paste

150g adjustable warm water 

1 1/4pcs gula merah

Grated Coconut ( 5rp )

Mix everything together form balls. 

Fill gula merah inside and drop into boiling hot water let it boil until well done. It would float to the surface. 

Scoop out transfer to warm grated coconut. Coat evenly and served.
