Hongkong Toasts with Kaya Jam




Hongkong Kaya Toast

3 white bread cut into 4 pcs

* Stick bread together with condensed milk, deep into 2 eggs + milk. Deep fry with hot oil.

Brown sugar Kaya 
4 whole eggs
200ml santan ( 1 box )
3 gula melaka
2tbsp sugar
1 pandan leaf

* Mix some water into santan box. 
* Heat santan + sugar ( shift and set aside )
* Double boiled cook egg + santan until think.
