Ayam Rempah for Nasi Lemak

Blend Ingredients A:-
2 lemongrass 
3 -4 galanga 
1 ginger
Some water

Blend ingredients B
3 shallots
3 garlic
Some water

* blend ingredients A and discard the water. 
* blend ingredients B set aside.

Ingredients C
1kg chicken 
1 tbsp Curry powder
1 tbsp Ketumbar 
1tbsp Jintan
1/2tbsp chili powder
1tbsp kunyit powder
Curry leafs
1tsp ajinamoto
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp chicken powder
1/2tbsp salt
3tbsp corn flour
2tbsp rice flour

* Mix ingredients A, B and C together marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
* Heat wok add cooking oil and fried in hot oil until golden brown.
* fried Curry leafs in hot oil and immediately dish up.
