Tapioca Kue / Bingka Ubi #6

 


Bake Bingka Ubi :- 

1.100 kg tapioca ( without skin)

250g sugar

200ml santan box

260g water

3 eggs

1 drop Vanilla

3 drops yellow color 

70g melted butter 

2tbsp oil 

* grate tapioca and squeeze juice let it set for 1 hr to collect the starch. After 1 hr throw away the yellow water and keep the starch. 

* Line base banana leafs. Side with grease paper 20x20cm pan

* Mix every ingredients together and mix in the starch.

* Bake top & bottom heat middle rack 190°c 1hr. Moved to top rack 10mins. and lastly changed grill top only 10mins brown.
