Biang A :-

2tsp yeast

2tsp sugar

1tbsp flour

100ml warm water

* mix and set aside for 10mins


Ingredients B:-

12 egg yolks

2 whole eggs 

200g sugar


Ingredients C:-

125g tapioca flour

2tbsp flour

1tbsp glutinous rice flour 


Ingredients D:-

1 lemongrass 

4 Kaffe limeleaf

5 pandan leaves

1tbsp kunyit powder

200ml santan box

100ml water

1tsp salt

* Cook until heat mix well off fire and set aside


Ingredients E:-

45g melted butter


* Beat B egg yolks, eggs and sugar until fluffy and add in Ingredients A, C and D mix until just combined slow speed and do not over mix.

* Cover and set aside for 3 hours for fermentation.

* After 3 hours, add in E melted butter mix well. 

* Preheat oven and together with baking pan. 

* After heat baking pan then pour batter into pan.

* Bake for 60 mins 190°c lower rack with oven door half open hold with a woonden spoon. After 60mins move to middle rack 160°c for 10mins.
