Zebra Butter Cake 
(8" removable round pan)

Ingredients 
A
340g golden churn unsalted butter 
150g sugar
1tbsp vanilla butter paste 
B
9 egg yolks
C
340g flour
2tbsp double baking powder 
D
9 whites
100g sugar
1/4tsp cream of tartar 
E
1tbsp coco paste 
1tbsp coco powder


* Line pan base and side.
* Beat A until fluffy.
* Add in B one at a time. 
* Add C fold gently with hand mixer until well combined.  
* Beat D soft to stiff peak. Fold 3 times separately into batter.  
* Split into 2 equal bowl.  
* Take 1 bowl plain batter mix in E. 
* Pour batter into pan alternately mix with white and chocolate batter.
* Bake 170°c for 80 minutes lower rack. 80 mins not done yet and so i added another 30 mins.
* Removed from oven and let it cool
