Vanilla Roll Cake Strawberry Jam

 




Swiss roll cake with Strawberry Jam

22x22cm square pan


Ingredients:-

A

4 eggs 

60g sugar

50g flour 

20g milk powder

10g cornflour

C

1tsp SP

D

70g melted butter or oil


Method:-

* All-in-method put A in a bowl, beat until to just combine add in B mix well and add C beat until stiff peak. Fold in D. Do not over mixes.

* Get 2 tbsp batter mix with coco paste for pattern.  

* Line base. Pour batter into pan. 

* Bake 190°c, 30-40 minutes. Until top is firm and golden brown.

* Removed to wire rack leave to cool. Fold it while it's warm and unfold it for cream.

* When cake has cool. Fill cakes with strawberry jam. Chill for 1 hour before consume.
