Thai Mango sticky Rice Dessert

A

500g Glutinous Rice 

B

200g water

300g coconut milk

3tbsp sugar

Littl3 salt

pandan leafs

Toasted sesame seeds / steamed mung beans 

4 thai mangoes 


* Steam A for 15mins without water.

* Cook B just combine.  After glutinous rice was pour in B cover with lid. 

* let it rest/steam for 10mins. 

* scoop to the plate. 


Coconut Sauce :- 

165g coconut milk

500g water

5tbsp sugar

1tsp salt

Pandan leafs

2tbsp cornflour for thickening 

* Mix everything in sauce pan.  Mix well cook just combine. Set aside.
