Super Fluffy Bomboloni Donut Recipe:-

A
350g bread flour
150g flout
10g milk powder 
10g yeast / 1pkt
80g fine sugar
1tsp bread improves
10g bread gel
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
B
75g cold fresh milk
150g water
C
5g salt
80g butter

* In a mixer, add in B mix well to combine, add in B knead until smooth add in C continue knead until windowpane. 
* Removed from mixer. 
* Round donuts measure 40-42g rest for 1 hour. I get 25 pcs. Or can cut out with a donut cutter. 
* After 1 hout the donuts are double in size, fry 1 side until brown then flip donut continue fly the side until golden brown. 
* After cool, dust donuts with sugar power and pipe in pastry cream.
