Glutinous Rice Layer
150g black glutinous rice
50g white glutinous rice
212 santan box
1tsp salt
Pandan leafs
* Mix and steam roce for 30 minutes until cooked and set aside.
*Brush cooking oil on 18x18cm square pan.
* Press rice evenly.
Talam Layer
A
350g santan box
6 pandan leafs
142g sugar
Little bit of salt
B
2 eggs
57g flour
* Cook A set aside to cool.
* After cool, add in B and sieve.
* seperates into 2 equal bowl. Mix in light to darker green.
* Pour light green talam batter into pressed glutinous rice. Steam for 5 minutes.
* after 5 mins wait for second and pour in the last darker green into 2nd layer let it steam for 20 minutes.
* when its done. Removed from steamer let it totally cool bfore cut.
