Neapolitan Long Cake 
25x30x4cm 
( 3 seket loyang )

Ingredients:-
A
100g flour
15g cornflour
10g milk powder 
100g sugar
5 eggs
1 drop vanilla 
1tsp SP

B
100g melted butter / margerine 

Method:-
* All-in-method put A in a bowl, beat until peak. Fold in B. Do not over mix.
* Seperates into 3 portion. Add dark chocolate paste, strawberry paste and vanilla essence. Do not over mix  
* Line base. Pour batter into pan. 
* Bake 170°c, 40 minutes.
* Removed to wire rack leave to cool. 
* Fill cakes with buttercream frosting
