Durian Cake

( 8" round pan, removable base )

Vanilla Chiffon Cake 
A
60g oil
100g milk
1tbsp vanilla
30g sugar
B
120g flour
C
6 yolks
D
6 egg whites
90g sugar
1/4tbsp COTT 

Durian Cream Frosting:-
1 1/2cups topping cream
1cup durian meat

Method:-
* combined ingredients A B C
* Beat D until stiff peak and mix into batter. 
* No need to grease or line pan.
* Bake 160°c for 80 minutes. Add another 20 mins 170°c. 
* Removed cake set aside to cool.
* In another bowl. Beat cream until fluffy then fold in durian meat mix well.
