Chocolate Roll Cake with Chocolate Peanut Glaze

30x30cm square pan 

( all-in-method )


Ingredients:-

A

6 whole eggs 

80g sugar

50g flour 

10g milk powder

10g cornflour

1tsp SP

B

20g coco powder

C

1tbsp chocolate black forest paste

125g melted butter or oil


Method:-

* All-in-method put A in a bowl, beat until ribbonstage.

* Add in B mix well and fold in C with a spatula. Do not over mixes.

* Line base. Pour batter into pan. 

* Bake 190°c, 35 minutes. ( skinless cake )

* Removed to wire rack leave to cool. Fold it while it's warm and unfold it for cream.

* When cake has cool. Fill cakes with cream and glaze the cake accordingly. Chill for 1 hour before consume. 


Chocolate Whipped Cream Recipe 

80g dark chocolate 

50g cream ( heavy cream or topping cream)

1cup topping cream 

* Heat 50g cream pour into chocolate. Mix well wait until it is set then add into whipped cream.


Chocolate Peanut Glaze

43g toasted chopped peanut

160g dark chocolate 

40g oil

* heat oil pour into chocolate mix well add in peanuts. 

* Put cake on a wire rack, gently pour glaze on the cake roll with a spoon until all evenly covered.
