Bingka Ubi #4

 




Bingka Ubi :- 

840g + 310g tapioca

250g + 2tbsp sugar

200ml santan box+ 10g

250g + 2tbsp water

3 eggs

1 drop Vanilla

3 drops yellow color 

80g melted margarine krone

2tbsp oil 


* grate tapioca and squeeze juice let it set for 1 hr to collect the starch. After 1 hr throw away the yellow water and keep the starch. 

* Line base 20x20cm pan

* Mix every ingredients together and starch. 

* Bake 180°c 30mins and 30mins brown top grill mode.
