Bake Bingka Ubi #5
Bake Bingka Ubi :-
850g tapioca ( before Squeeze juice 1.271kg)
280g sugar
200ml santan box
260g water
3 eggs
1 drop Vanilla
3 drops yellow color
80g melted butter
2tbsp oil
* grate tapioca and squeeze juice let it set for 1 hr to collect the starch. After 1 hr throw away the yellow water and keep the starch.
* Line base 20x20cm pan
* Mix every ingredients together andmix in the starch.
* Bake 180°c 30mins and 30mins brown top grill mode.
