Kolomee Sauce & Chicken CharSiew
Kolomee Black Sauce
- 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 tsp dark soya
- 2 tbsp Sweet black Soya
- 1tbsp Sugar
- 3tbsp Shallot Oil
Wok Char Siew Chicken ( no bake )
- 2 chicken breast boneless
- 1 tsp red coloring
- 1 tbsp 5spice powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1tbsp honey
- 1tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp Lee kum kai char siew sauce
* Heat pan in chicken char siew cook evenly rotate the meat until finely done.
