Yellow Sweet Potato Onde-Onde / Klepon




Yellow Sweet Potato Onde-Onde / Klepon Ingredients:-

200g-210g yellow ubi manis
150g glutinous rice flour 
70g adjustable warm water 
1 1/4pcs gula merah
Grated Coconut ( 5rp )

Mix everything together form balls. May get 30 balls.  Fill gula merah inside and drop into boiling hot water let it boil until well done. It would float to the surface. 

Scoop out transfer to warm grated coconut. Cost evenly and served.
