Redbean Paste
Ingredients:-
400g red beans
1cup cooking oil
4tbsp sugar
1 1/2cup brown sugar
2tbsp maltose sugar
4tbsp glutinous rice flour
* Soak red bean 1 day or overnight.
* Cook red bean for 30 mins or until well done.
* I used blender with added red bean water to blend. I find it a little longer to cook the paste due to the wet paste need longer time to become paste. I suggest to use food processor to blend which the paste could have been more dryer.
* In a non stick pan, pour cooking oil add red bean paste follow by all types of sugar. Keep stirring until paste little dry add glutinous rice flour. Keep stirring until.it turn into paste.
