Old School Coffee and Vanilla Cake
I feels like forever not getting done, can't understand why usually I'm fast......probably I'm getting old cant handle it anymore 😆 to me still not perfect but I'm going to eat this with all my heart.
Sponge cake recipe:-
* Sponge cake recipe refer to to https://www.blogger.com/u/2/blog/post/edit/8618421727591646374/3734451304169953963
* no milk replace with water. It was preferct.
* sugar 80g.
* pan 28x24 rectangle pan.
* Bake 170°c 40 mins.
* After cake cool. Cut out cake with round ring.
Swiss meringue Buttercream Recipe:-
143g egg white or 4 medium egg white
50g sugar
380g unsalted or salted butter
50g powder sugar
Piping Gel Recipe:-
1cup water
4tbsp sugar
1tbsp cornstarch
* Cook until translucent set aside to cool and add color of ur choice.
