Moist Chocolate Roll Cake

 




Ingredients:-

A

50g milk

50g oil

B

50g flour

25g coco powder

C

5 yolks

D

5 whites

60g sugar

1/4tsp COTT


* Preheat 180°c 

* Prepared & line pan 28x24cm.

* Whisk A to combine add in B mix well, follow by C mix well.

* Beat D till soft to stiff peak.

* Fold in D into yolk batter 3 separate times throughly. 

* Bake 180°c 30mins. 

* Removed cake from oven immediately roll cake when it still warm, roll lossly.

* unroll cake when cake is completely cool. Fill with whipped cream and roll it tightly and chill before served.
