Marble Butter Cake
The butter cake fever comes again kan...yesterday my son complained sifu recipe butter cake too good but too little. So today I bake again a bigger version for him π€ top cake still don't wanna crack π

I try another version of butter cake, I wanna achieve a smoother and finner crumb with less air bubbles. And so the result is almost the same like yesterday, it's good looking, soft and fluffy, buttery with beautiful texture and crumb. I love looking at fine crumb u know..
Orange Butter Cake
( 7x10cm aluminum foil pan x 2 )
A5 whites
200g sugar
B
5 yolks
C
250g flour
300g Butter ( 250g butter + 50g buttercup)
1tsp baking powder
1tbsp vanilla

15g milk

Chocolate paste
* Pre-heat oven 170c. Line base n side.
* Beat A until meringue then add in B.
* Different bowl, add C beat mesium speed u til fluffy. Add in egg low speed mix well.
* Add in milk mix for a while with spatula.
* Seperate half batter mix with chocolate paste. Mix well with spatula.
* Grease pan lightly. Pour batter alternately vanilla chocolate to create marble effect and lastly make swirl on top with chopstick or stick.
* Bake 170c for 80 minutes or until cooked.
* Removes cakes from oven, let it cool before cut.
