Marble Butter Cake ( 3 eggs )

 

I used 22x10cm loaf pan, so cake is not as tall as its original.  By the way, I wanted the cake to crack but not happening even I've already slit lightly 😄.

3 Eggs Butter Cake 

( 22x10cm loaf pan )

A

180g butter

1tbsp vanilla

120g sugar

B

3 whole eggs

C

150g flour

1tsp baking powder 

D

15g milk

E

Chocolate paste

* Pre-heat oven 170c - 180c. Line base n side. 

* Beat A, add in B then in C mix well.

* Add D with a spatula.

* Take half the batter mix chocolate paste. Dollops vanilla and chocolate alternately and create marble effect with stick.

* Pour batter into 22 x 10" loaf pan. 

* Bake 170c for 80 minutes or until cooked.

* Removes cakes from oven, let it cool before cut.
