Taro Mille Crepes Cake with Creamcheese Filling







I have some Creamcheese Frosting left. Can't think of any cake, so end up making this quick and easy Taro Mille Crepes Cake, just on time for afternoon tea break. 

My nonstick pan is a size 8", cutting away the side crust, crepes measured size 6"-7".

overall making crepes are easy peasy. With a basic crepe recipe, u can make any flavors from durian, strawberry,  mango, cheese, greentea, chocolate u name it, adding fruits powder or paste for flavours and u can add jam or fruits filling on every 3rd layer or the 6th layer, cake will definately taller and there u have it a beautiful crepes cake, simple is beautiful.

Taro Mille Crepes Recipe

A

3 eggs 

1/2tsp vanilla

30g sugar

35g oil

B

130g flour

1tbsp taro powder

1tbsp taro paste

C

330g whole milk

D

1 1/2 cup topping cream

240g creamcheese


Method:-

* Mix A,B,C with whisk, sieve batter and set for 1hour.

* low fire heat 8" nonstick pan, scoop 75% batter with ladle onto pan and swirl. Crepe form bubble when it's done. Managed to make 18 crepes. 

* set aside to cool. When it's cool, cut the side crust away before Frosting.
