30g sugar
35g oil

2tsp Strawberry powder
1tsp Strawberry paste
Red food colouring

330g whole milk

Fresh whole Strawberries
9 Strawberries to cut into small cubes

1 1/2cup topping cream
Method:-
* Mix A,B,C with whisk, sieve batter and set for 1hour.
* For Ombre color, cook the lightest color first then add some red color and follow by another darker color red until finish.
* low fire heat 8" nonstick pan, scoop 75% batter with ladle onto pan and swirl. Crepe form bubble when it's done.
* set aside to cool. When it's cool, cut the side crust away before Frosting.
* layer crepes with topping cream, add cutted strawberries every 4th layer, until finish and chill before cut.
