Red Velvet Sliced Cake with Creamcheese Frosting 
18" square pan

Red Velvet Sponge Cake 

A
80g sugar
3 large eggs 
Drop of vanilla
10g honey
1tsp SP ( added )

B
85g flour
10g coco powder
3tsp red velvet paste
Drop 3 bright red
Drop 6 dark red

C
35g milk
30g melted butter or oil

Method:-
* In a bowl, beat A until ribbon stage,  fold in B with balloon whisk half the B ingredients meantime mix in C and add in the balance B mix well with hand whisk.
* Bake 170°c for 40 minutes. 
* Cool cake, half cake evenly.
* Frost with cream cheese, chill before served  

Cream Cheese Frosting:-
180g Cream Cheese
35g sugar
10g lemon juice 
3ml vanilla
235g heavy cream/ Topping Cream 

* Beat Creamcheese + sugar + juice + vanilla until fluffy. Separately beat cream until soft peak add in Creamcheese mix well, beat speed 3 until well combine.
