Matcha Mille Crepes Cake with Matca White Chocolate Chantilly Cream. Yes, another one 😄, morning with a slice of satisfying crepes cake.
I added 10g matcha powder, flour 120g. Matcha color is depending on your matcha powder quality and color. If you find it not your desire green, you can add green colouring to the batter or cream.
Matcha White Chocolate Chantilly Cream Recipe
100g Heavy Cream/ Topping Cream
70g white Chocolate
6g Matcha powder
200g Heavy Cream or Topping cream
Heat 100g cream pour into 70g white chocolate mix with balloon whisk, add in matcha powder mix well, chill for 1 hour or so.
Remove from chiller beat matcha cream fluffy, add in another 200g Cream beat until fluffy and it's ready to use.
If you like to have sturdy whipped cream, you can add cream cheese or gelatine, it's ur choice
