Mango Mille Crepes Recipe

3 eggs 
1/2tsp vanilla
30g sugar
35g oil

130g flour
Drops of yellow color

330g whole milk

Frosting
1 1/2cup Whipped Cream

1 mango slice thinly


Method:-
* Mix A,B,C with whisk, sieve batter and set for 1hour.
* low fire heat 8" nonstick pan, scoop 75% batter with ladle onto pan and swirl. Crepe form bubble when it's done.
* set aside to cool. When it's cool, cut the side crust away before Frosting.
* Filling mango on every 5th layer. 



Trimmed the side

I measured and cut out all mango thin slices into the size I needed, later on just place it on the cake. I make 4 layers of thin sliced mango.
