Lychee Mille Crepes Recipe

A

3 eggs 

1/2tsp vanilla

30g sugar

35g oil

B

130g flour

2tsp lychee essence 

Pink colouring 

C

330g whole milk

D

1 1/2cup whippingcream

E

Canned Lychee


Method:-

* Mix A,B,C with whisk, sieve batter and set for 1hour.

* low fire heat 8" nonstick pan, scoop 75% batter with ladle onto pan and swirl. Crepe form bubble when it's done. Managed to make 19pcs of crepes. 

* set aside to cool. When it's cool, cut the side crust away before Frosting.
