Chocolate Mille Crepes Cake with Chocolate Chantilly Cream, my last crepes cake I guess πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜„ why am I so stingy with cream anyway πŸ˜„ yummy but less cream when I got plenty of cream made for filling πŸ˜… 

Crepes made with crepe pan not non stick pan.

Chocolate Mille Crepes Recipe
30pcs

A
3 eggs 
1/2tsp vanilla
30g sugar
35g oil
B
120g flour
10g coco powder
C
330g whole milk

Method:-
* Mix A,B,C with whisk, sieve batter and set for 1hour.
* low fire heat crepe pan, dip and cook for fe second, repeat until finish.
* set aside to cool. When it's cool, cut the side crust away before Frosting.

Chocolate Chantilly Cream Recipe

70g Heavy Cream/ Topping Cream
70g white Chocolate
200g Heavy Cream or Topping cream

Heat 70g cream pour into 70g chocolate mix with balloon whisk, chill for 1 hour or so. 

Remove from chiller beat cream  to fluffy, add in another 200g Cream beat until fluffy and it's ready to use. 

If you like to have sturdy whipped cream, you can add cream cheese or gelatine, it's ur choice.
