Zebra Butter Cake ( whole egg method)

 


Golden Churn Butter Marble Cake 

A
250g Golden Churn Butter
180g powder sugar
B
5 eggs 
60g fresh milk
1tbsp vanilla
230g flour
2tsp Double baking powder 
D
15g coco powder

* Line and grease base and side 18cm square pan.   
* Beat A until double in size 5 minutes,
* Add in wet ingredients B high speed for 2 minutes.
* Add in dry ingredients C fold in until well combined.  
* Split into 2 bowls, 1 bowl add in D mix well. 
* In 18" pan, scoop 2tbsp of white batter, and continue with chocolate batter alternately layer on each other until finished. 
* Bake 170°c - 175°c for 60 minutes, Lower rack.
* Removed from oven and let it cool.
