Tiramisu







Tiramisu Cake

A
200g Whipped Cream
250g Mascarpone Cheese 
B
4 egg yolks
100g sugar
Vanilla
C
2pkt lady fingers
D
5g gelatine + 20g water
E
3 cups of water
3 premium coffee
2tbsp sugar
Coffee paste

 
* Beat (A) Mascarpone with hand, don't beat with mixer. Beat Whipped cream until soft peak, set aside.
* (B) - Bain Marie egg yolk+ sugar until thick.
* Fold in (B) egg yolks to Mascarpone cheese mix to combine. Add in vanilla and add in (D) gelatine.
* Add in whipped cream into Mascarpone mixture and mix well.
* In a bowl, pour (E) 3 cups of warm water and mix everything well. 
* Line ring with cling wrapped, 8" ring.
* Assembly 3 layers with (C) lady fingers. 
* Bottom lady finger, 2nd layer cream, 3rd layer ladyfingers, 4th layer cream, 5th layer lady finger, 6th layer thin cream and pipe anyhow you like. Top with sprinkle coco powder.
* Chilled for 4 hours.
