Pineapple Jam or Filling for Pineapple Tarts







Ingredients:-

4 medium green pineapple
2 sticks cinammon / powder
5 cloves
250g Sugar add to taste

* Cook blended pineapple until juice almost dry up.
* Add sugar about 250g or more
* slow fire stir until pineapple dries up turn into darker yellow. 
* dish up, let it cool and round into balls.
