Large Puff Pastry Chicken Pie

 



Puff Pastry:-
2 puff pastry sheets

Filling:-
250g boneless chicken breast 
1/2pkt chicken cream soup
1/2 onion chopped
250g mix vegetables 
1 potatoes
Few Shitaki fresh mushrooms 
Herbs - Thyme, Nutmeg, Oregano 
Salt and pepper to taste.

* Cook filling and set aside.

* 30x30 trays, line with grease paper.
* Here I make 8 chicken pies with 4 puff pastry sheets. 
* take 1 puff sheet, gently roll sheet to enlarge a little, fill up with fillings, put another puff sheet on top and seal with egg wash.
* Gently press to seal the edge neatly with a fork. 
* Brush with more egg wash. 
* Bake 200°c for 60 minutes until all puff up and golden brown.
