Durian Roll Cake #6

 

Yellowish beautiful durians 



This is my first durian Roll which I haven't get the right temperature for a non stick roll skin. 




Durian Roll

A

5 yolks

20g sugar 

B

50g milk

30g oil

1 tsp vanilla 

C

80g flour 

D

5 whites

60g sugar

Mash Durian meat

1/2cup Whipped Cream 

*Preheat oven 190c

*Beat A until peak, white n fluffy aound 10 minits. 

* Add B mix well with lowest speed until combine.

* Add C mix well with spatula.

* Beat D soft to stiff peak and fold into batter. 

* pour batter into 30cmx30cm pan. 

* Bake 185°c for 25 minutes lower rack.  After 15 minutes rotate the pan.  

* remove from oven, cool at wire rack. 

* when the cake is cool. Fill the cake with durian filling and roll up.
