Durian Cake Roll Recipe
A
5 yolks
30g sugar
Drop of vanilla
B
40g milk
40g oil
C
70g flour
10g cornflour
D
5 whites
30g sugar
Little COT
* Preheat 190°c
* Prepared & line pan 30x30cm.
* Beat A till light n fluffy.
* Add B mix well, follow by C mix well.
* Beat D till soft to stiff peak.
* Fold in D into yolk batter 3 separate times throughly.
* Bake 190°c 40mins. Bake last 5 minutes grill to brown top.
* Removed cake from oven immediately roll cake when it still warm, roll lossly.
* unroll cake when cake is completely cool. Fill with durian whipped cream and roll it tightly and chill before served.
