Durian Roll

A

5 yolks

20g sugar 

B

50g milk

30g oil

1 tsp vanilla

80g flour 

D

5 whites

60g sugar

Mash Durian meat

1/2cup Whipped Cream 

*Preheat oven 190c

*Beat A until peak, white n fluffy aound 10 minits. 

* Add B mix well with lowest speed until combine.

* Add C mix well with spatula.

* Beat D soft to stiff peak and fold into batter. 

* pour batter into 30cmx30cm pan. 

* Bake 180°c for 25 minutes lower rack.  After 15 minutes rotate the pan.  Last 10 minutes increase to 200°c to brown the top.

* remove from oven.  Roll Cake when it still warm, roll lossly.

* unroll cake when cake is completely cool. Fill with durian whipped cream and roll it tightly and chill before served.
