Delicous Custard Cream
A
3 yolks
60g sugar
B
20g flour
C
250g milk
15g butter
* whisk A until light.
* Add in B mix to combined.
* Heat milk add in butter just about to bubble. Removed from stove.
* pour warm milk into egg mixture and strain.
* Stir cook egg mixture until thicken.
* transfer into bowl and cover with cling wrap.
* Transfer into a container, cover with wrap. Let it cool.
* when the cream already cool, use a beater lightly beat until it turn into cream again and mix into whipped cream.
