Danish Pastries
( old oven no fan-forced)
* used 2 instant puff pastry sheets. Cut into 4 pcs each sheet, make about 8 Pastries.
* custard cream or pastry cream make ahead of time.
* used strawberries and peaches only.
* 1tsp gelatine + water for glazing. Water + Sugar heat up, add in gelatine.
* Bake 200°c, 55-60 minutes. 2nd bake 40-35 minutes only.
