9 cupcakes
A
45g melted butter
B
50g flour
C
30g condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1 whole eggs
D
3 egg whites
30g sugar
Pinchnof cream of tartar
* Prepare cupcake cups on pan.
* melt A fold in B with a whisk.
* Add in C condensed milk follow with eggs.
* Beat D from soft to stiff peak.
* Fold into batter 3 batches.
* Scoop batter into cups, 80% full.
* Bake 170°c for 30minutes. Middle rack.
* Removed from oven and let it cool.
