Yellow Sweet Potato Onde Onde:-

640g yellow sweet potato ( steam )

400g glutinous rice flour 

150g / 3pc gula melaka ( shave it with knife )

Few Pandan leafs

500g Grated Coconut 


* steamed grated coconut mix with some salt, add pandan leaf steam for 10-15 minutes. Set aside. 

* Steam potatoes, mash finely and add in glutinous rice flour, adjust accordingly to the texture of the onde onde. 

* Round into a ball. Take 1 ball, make a hole in the middle and put some shaved gula melaka and seal tightly. 

* in a pot, cook water to boiling level, add few onde2. 

* When onde2 cooked, it will float to the top. Dish up immediately, roll them in to the grated coconut.
