930g roasted skinless peanut
B
780g flour
280g icing sugar
1/2tsp + 1/4tsp salt
C
280g lard/shortening oil ( change to cooking oil )
180g cooking oil
D
2 egg yolks for glazing

465g roasted skinless peanut
B
390g flour
140g icing sugar
1/2tsp salt
C
140g lard/shortening oil ( change to cooking oil )
90g cooking oil
D
1 egg yolks for glazing
Method:
* roast peanut 180°c for 10 minutes. Blend roasted peanuts finely, set aside.
* In a large mixing bowl. Mix in B and A mix , add in C slowly to form a dough.
* pinch dough 10g each, round them into ball until the tray is full then,
* get a shopstick, at the edge of a standard chopstick, lightly press on the middle of the peanut ball to form a square mark. Do this until finish.
* brush cookies with egg wash.
* Bake 170c for 30 minutes.
