Sesame Balls #2





This is a failed proof recipe I adapted from 小高姐的 Magic Ingredients.  It was so easy to follow every steps.

Sesame balls recipe:-

Skin
100g Glutinous Rice Flour 
30g Glutinous Rice Flour 
87g water 
50g sugar
1 drop oil
1tbsp Glutinous Rice Flour + water

Filling
Homemade Redbean paste 

* heat water, add sugar until melted. 
* Pour hot sugar water into 100g glutinous rice flour slowly into dough. 
* Add another 30g glutinous rice flour into dough mix well and set aside for 30 minutes. Cover with cloth.
* Roll doughs into long shape, cut into 10 pieces.  No needed to dust flour on the working surface. 
* Fill each dough with redbean paste roll into a ball. 
* lightly pad water on the ball and roll ball on sesame seeds.
* Gently squeeze ball so as sesame seeds could stick on the ball firmly.
* fry sesame balls on cold oil slowly into medium fire frying method until balls turn golden brown.






Fry balls in cool oil to medium heat until brown

Medium heat to fry until brown







So perfect 🥰 

Simply delicious
