 Sardine Puff Pastry

* 1 canned sardine, discard sardine sauce. 
* 2 sheets puff pastry.
* Cut 1 sheet into 4.
* Fill with sardine and fold triangle.
* brush egg wash, sprinkle sesame seeds.
* Bake 200°c - 210°c for 40 minutes or until brown.
