1 Handful of anchovies

1/2 big onion

1/2 big onion
3 shallots
4 garlic
Handful of fresh chilies

Handful of dried chilies

1 lemon grass

* fried anchovies set aside.
* blend ingredients C set aside.
* in a wok, heat 500g water, bowl ingredients D until soft and blend till fine.
* Heat wok, add some cooking oil, add in ingredients C, D, E. Cook until aromatic.
* Add in F to taste. Add in A. Mix well and let it steamer, add B when it's about ready.
* Mix well and dish up.
