Roasted Chicken Chinese Style





 Roasted Whole Chicken

Ingredients:-
1 whole duck

Rub whole chicken:-
Salt
Dark soya sauce
Honey
Half lemon

Rub cavity:-
Salt
5 spice powder

1st Blanch:-
Hot Water
Baking Soda

Oil for brushing before grilled


Method:-
* If possible seperate skin and meat while marinating chicken. 
* Rub whole chicken with salt, dark soya, honey and half lemon.
* Rub cavity with salt +5 spice powder and seal it tightly. 
* toothpicks both wings.
* Put chicken in a pot,  refridgerate overnight until skin is dry and turn the other side to dry further for 24 hours. 
* After 24 hours, remove from refrigerator. 
* brush whole chicken with cooking oil.
* bake at 180°c grilled mode for 80 minutes. 
* basting with oil and honey.
* Remove from oven and chopped nicely served hot.
