Mrs. Ng SK Marble Butter Cake

A
250g Anchor butter
150g sugar
B
4 yolks
1tsp vanilla 
2tsp baking powder
200g flour
60g milk
D
10g coco powder
E
4 whites
50g sugar

* Line and grease base and side 18cm square pan.   
* Beat A until double in size 5 minutes,
* Add in B one at a time.
* fold in dry ingredients C fold in until well combined.  
* Beat E soft to stiff peak and fold I'm batter.
* Split into 2 bowls, 1 bowl add in D mix well. 
* In 18cm pan, scoop 2tbsp of white batter, and continue with chocolate batter alternately layer on each other until finished. 
* Bake 170°c 40 minutes, middle rack.
* Removed from oven and let it cool.
