Fluffy pancakes 🥞 (6) :-

120g or 1/2 cup flour

120g or 1/2 cup milk

1/2tsp Double baking powder 

2 eggs ( seperates )

Dash of melted butter / oil

Dash of vanilla

2tbsp sugar ( optional )

Fluffy pancakes 🥞 (10) :- 

180g or 3/4 cup flour

180g or 3/4 cup milk

1tsp Double baking powder 

3 eggs ( seperates )

2tbsp melted butter / oil

Dash of vanilla

2tbsp sugar ( optional )

* in a bowl, add in flour, milk, vanilla, melted butter and yolks mix well.

* Beat egg whites until stiff peak. Mix into yolks batter until just combined. 

* Heat non stick pan low heat, brush oil or butter with kitchen towel. 

* scoop 1/2cup batter into pan, sprinkle some water and cover with lid let it cook for 1min and flip to the other cook for few second until all finish.
